Ingredients

1pound radishes
1 tablespoon Taos Valley Honey or other local honey1 teaspoon butter
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
14  teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Salt1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 



Steps 

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Trim, scrub, and halve each radish (or leave them whole, just for fun).        Steam the radishes until tender, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the honey, butter,                      cinnamon,pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small shallow baking dish and melt in the oven.

2. Toss the radishes in the honey-butter glaze, and spread them out in the baking dish. Bake for 10 to      20 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbling and the radishes are slightly shriveled.


3. Toss the radishes with the vinegar while they are still hot .
